Coloring book publishing — $500

– Format one 8.5 × 11-inch, 32-page black-and-white KDP paperback using up to 30 completed coloring designs supplied by Elaine.
– Provide two interior layout samples and two cover concepts, then prepare the selected interior and full-wrap paperback cover.
– Create one promotional image from the approved cover.
– Set up the KDP paperback listing and upload the approved files to Elaine’s account.
– Create or update one Payhip listing.
– Create up to five social graphics and matching captions, then upload the approved posts to Elaine’s Facebook and Instagram accounts.
– Include two consolidated revision rounds for the coloring book and launch assets.

Print materials and ordering support — $150

– Create and upload one thank-you bookmark, one business card, and one thank-you card to VistaPrint.
– Add shipping supplies Elaine selects to her Amazon cart for her review and purchase.
– Send information on Dot cards, business phone line options, and payment processing options.

Payment

The total professional service fee is $650. This checkout collects the $250 initial payment to begin the project. The remaining $400—the final $250 coloring book payment plus the $150 print materials and support fee—is due before final files are released or the final KDP upload is completed.

Client pays separately for printing, proofs, books, shipping supplies, postage, Dot cards, phone service, subscriptions, and payment processing fees. Healing Time Publishing will not purchase cart items or set up a Dot card, business phone line, or payment processor. The final phone number and QR code destination are needed before the business card is ordered.
